Qualifications
-
Available at least 18-36 hours per week in blocks of 3-7 hour increments
-
Available to attend monthly team meetings, alternating months on Zoom and in-person (now held on Friday evenings from 5:30-7 pm)

Available to attend the quarterly all-day team meetings, which are held from 10 am-4 pm on Fridays

Must have a reliable vehicle for travel to and from client sites

Must have a reliable smartphone

Must possess the ability to lift 45 pounds, climb stairs & ladders and stand for extended periods of time

Must be able to work with a diverse team with different personalities and varied skill levels

Must pass a criminal background check

Vaccination against Covid-19 is required; unless a reasonable accommodation can be made for medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs

Must possess a valid driver’s license and the willingness and ability to travel within the Metro DC area and to work in DC, Maryland, and Virginia
Pay & Benefits

Hourly pay, based upon the number of client hours worked, as well as off-site hours worked

Team Member starting salary - $18-$20/hour + mileage

Team Lead starting salary - $21-27/hour + mileage

Project Manager & Other Executive roles starting salary - $28-$32/hour

About Dexterous Organizing
Dexterous Organizing has been in business in the DC Metro area since 2010. Since 2018 our focus has been working with busy professionals and families. We help them to get organized, relocate with less stressed, or empty an estate during a significant life transition. We also endeavor to empower our clients by the transference of organizational & productivity skills, coaching, and education.
We are looking for energetic, organized people who love teaching and learning. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule to assist with client projects consisting of organizing, unpacking, and light space planning and staging. Dexterous Organizing believes in utilizing the skill set and experience that you bring to the table. We will compensate you for skills that can be an asset to the company, even outside of the realm of organizing.
